Christ unveils our relationship to world.

John 17

A. We are selected out of the world.
(John 17:6) I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me
out of the world
: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.

B. We are sustained in the world.
(John 17:11) And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me,
that they may be one, as we are.

C. We can be satisfied in the world.
(John 17:13) And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world,
that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves.

D. We are a stranger to the world.
(John 17:14) I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them,
because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

E. We are safe in the world.
(John 17:15) I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world,
but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.

F. We are to be separate from the world.
(John 17:16) They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

G. We are sent into the world.
(John 17:18) As thou hast sent me into the world,
even so have I also sent them into the world.

H. We are to present Saviour to the world.
(John 17:23) I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one;
and that the world may know that thou hast sent me,
and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

(Philippians 2:15) That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke,
in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

(1 John 1:7) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Have You Made Room for JESUS?

Luke 2
5 To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child.
6 And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered.
7 And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.

John 1 :12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

(Luke 2:9-11) And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

What a message. God provides a Savior for ALL PEOPLE.

Pray for Don who will be leaving for IRAQ

(2 Timothy 2:3-4) Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ. No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.

Don Cunningham will be leaving for IRAQ on Friday, November 24.

Pray for him and his wife (Regina) and granddaughter Katelyn as they are apart.
